Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vivé Macro platform, website, and all associated services. By subscribing to or accessing any Vivé Macro service, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Vivé Macro is a financial market research and signal intelligence platform. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All output from the platform constitutes informational research only and does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

2. Service Tiers

Vivé Macro offers three subscription tiers, each with distinct features and pricing.

Annual pricing reflects an 11-month rate, equivalent to one month free. Vivé Macro reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.

3. Subscription and Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Vivé Macro to charge the applicable subscription fee at each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@vivemacro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to services until that date. Annual subscribers who cancel will not receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining term.

4. Nature of Service

Vivé Macro provides quantitative research output generated by a proprietary systematic framework. The platform scans global instruments across multiple asset classes and produces opportunity assessments based on quantitative factors. All output, including opportunity lists, execution levels, position sizing calculations, exit recommendations, and curated research commentary, is informational in nature.

Vivé Macro does not provide personalised investment advice. The platform does not consider your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or tax circumstances. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. Past performance of any signal, opportunity, or research output does not guarantee future results.

5. Execution Tier - Interactive Brokers Facilitation

The Execution tier provides convenience links that direct subscribers to the Interactive Brokers (IBKR) Client Portal. Vivé Macro does not hold, manage, or have access to subscriber brokerage accounts. Vivé Macro does not place trades on your behalf and does not have API access to any subscriber account.

All trade execution is performed by the subscriber, at their sole discretion, using their own IBKR credentials and account. Vivé Macro acts solely as a research provider that facilitates navigation to the brokerage platform. Vivé Macro bears no responsibility for any trade executed, any loss incurred, or any technical failure of the IBKR platform.

6. Institutional Tier - Research Desk

The Institutional tier includes access to a Research Desk communication channel. Responses provided through this channel represent the views and commentary of Vivé Macro research personnel and are informational in nature. They do not constitute personalised investment advice or a fiduciary relationship. Vivé Macro makes no guarantee regarding the timeliness or frequency of Research Desk responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Vivé Macro, including but not limited to research reports, opportunity lists, curated briefs, commentary, branding, design, and the proprietary scoring methodology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vivé Macro. Subscribers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any Vivé Macro content without prior written consent. Violation of this provision constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the subscription without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vivé Macro, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on any research output, or any investment decision made in connection with information provided by the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses from trading, opportunity costs, and any damages resulting from interruption of service.

9. Regulatory Status

Vivé Macro is not a licensed or registered financial adviser, investment manager, portfolio manager, or broker-dealer in any jurisdiction. The platform provides informational research generated by a quantitative model. All output should be treated as one input among many in your own investment decision-making process. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

10. Data and Accuracy

Vivé Macro sources market data from third-party providers and makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. However, Vivé Macro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, research output, or earnings information. Data delays, errors, or omissions may occur. You acknowledge that you use all platform output at your own risk.

11. Modifications

Vivé Macro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
